Overwhelmed

This is how I best do my work when I'm overwhelmed after a meeting and tired after a night of no sleep. Paper and pen for wherever I need to write something down after I let my brain aimlessly process it. I just write down what ever comes up, and amazingly enough most of it is already processed without me having to do anything but enjoy my coffee.

Only in the US of A will four food delivery cars drive by your window within 35 minutes. None of them were for me though, I've spent the last 45 minutes doing cardio, P90X style :-)
